LEGAL NOTICE NO. 19-8097 Per the Middletown Code of Ordinances Part 12, Chapter 1226, notice is hereby given that the Middletown City Council will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on October 15, 2019, during the City Council meeting held in the Council Chambers on the lower level of the City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio on the following: Public Hearing: Amendment to Development Plan Case #3-19: A request by DDC Management, LLC for Sawyers Mill Project I, LLC for an amendment to the Sawyer's Mill Subdivision Development Plan pertaining to Parcel IDs: 07051010041, 07051260080, 0751260230, 07051200040, 07051260250, 07051260060, 07052010300, and 07051760100 located near 5583 S. Dixie Highway, Middletown, OH 45042 & Manchester Road at Dixie Highway, Franklin Township, Warren County, OH. The total acreage is 122.41 acres. Interested persons may appear and be heard at the time and place so stated.
