LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a public hearing before the Monroe Planning Commission on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 6:00PM in the City Council Chambers, 233 South Main Street, Monroe, Ohio. The Planning Commission will consider an application from the Kleingers Group (6305 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, OH) on behalf of Berns Nursery and Garden Center, for a zoning map amendment for land south of Greentree Road on the east and west side of I-75. The specific parcels that will be considered for rezoning include: 1401 N Union Road; Parcel 07014000011: The current zoning is B-P Business Park and the Planning Commission will consider rezoning this site to L-1 Light Industrial. 6337 Greentree Road; Parcel 07012000231: The current zoning is B-P Business Park and the Planning Commission will consider rezoning this site to L-1 Light Industrial. The public may appear at the public hearing, be heard, and submit evidence and written comments with respect to the application. Monroe will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters, other auxiliary aids, and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours in advance of the meeting by contacting the Development Department at 539-7374 ext. 1020.
