LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given as required under the "Butler County, Ohio, Rural Zoning Resolution" that a public hearing will be held by the Butler County Rural Zoning Commission on Monday, February 25, 2019 in the first floor conference room of the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio, at 7:00 p.m. Jack F. Grove, Attorney, has filed a zone change application (RZC 19-02) to change the zoning from A-1 Agricultural to B-3 General Business for one 8.572 acre parcel located on Old Oxford Road in Hanover Township (parcel B1010-017.000-084). The proposed zone change seeks to prepare for future site development and compatibility with adjacent property (existing trucking business). The application concerning the above amendment to the Zoning Resolution is available for examination in the Butler County Planning Office, Sixth Floor, Butler County Administrative Center, 130 High Street, Hamilton, Ohio 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting. Any request for such assistance must be made no later than 72 hours before the meeting by contacting Planning Division Staff at (513) 887-3413. The Butler County Rural Zoning Commission's recommendation will be submitted to the Butler County Board of Commissioners for their final determination.
