LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold Public Hearings on the 22nd day of January, 2020, beginning at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Public Chambers, County Offices Building, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio to consider the following cases: Z-2019-10: Petition of JTS Capital Realty LLC to rezone 2.67 acres located at the southwest corner of Hunt Parkway and Derr Road (PID# 220-03-00027-100-026), Springfield, Ohio from current O-1 (Office Business District) to R-2A (Medium Density Single-Family Residence District) to allow for a single family residence. Z-2019-11: Petition of Steve and Annette Triplett to rezone 33.53 acres located at 10811 Schiller Road, Medway, Ohio from current A-1 (Agricultural District) to PD-R (Planned District-Residential) to allow for two dwellings on the same parcel (in-law suit, not used as a rental). Z-2019-12: Petition of Veterans Best Home Improvement LLC to rezone 1.13 acres located at 7373 Dayton-Springfield Road, Enon, Ohio from current R-4S (Multiple-Family Residence District, Specific Use) O-1 (Office Business District) for Real Estate Office, training room for realtors, and other allowed professional business services or office space. The proposed amendments and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at Clark County Community & Economic Development, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45505, during regular business hours.
