LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, will hold a Public Hearing on the 24th day of August, 2022, at approximately 10:00 a.m. in the Commission Chambers, Room 151 located at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45503, to consider the following cases: 1. The petition of Owner Evans Family Farms, Applicant Chad Watkins, to rezone 10.74 acres located at 11140 Milton-Carlisle Road in Bethel Township from A-1 (Agricultural District) to B-1S (Neighborhood Business District Specific Use) to allow for the following amended uses: general store, concession stand and a farmers (vendors) market, with continued agricultural uses. 2. The petition of Owner Evans Family Farms, Applicant Chad Watkins, to rezone 93.74 acres located at 571 Milton-Carlisle Road in Bethel Township from A-1 (Agricultural District) to B-2S (Community Business District Specific Use), to allow for a wedding venue and auto repair shop business, with the majority of the property to continue in agricultural use. The Zoning Map for Bethel Township and the present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at the Community & Economic Development Department, 3130 East Main Street, Suite 1A, Springfield, Ohio 45503, during regular business hours.
