LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING CITY OF FRANKLIN, OHIO At its March 9, 2020 meeting, the City of Franklin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on the following case: 1. PC 20-03 Matrix 5, 3601 Rigby Road Suite 300, Miamisburg, Ohio, has submitted a Major Site Plan Application. This submission includes the construction of a new 6,000 SF building located on Heritage Drive, Franklin, Ohio. The property is located in an I-1, Light Industrial District. Any and all interested persons are invited to attend and speak on this case at the public hearing. The hearing shall be held during the Planning Commission meeting on Monday, March 9, 2020 at 5:30 p.m. at the Franklin Municipal Building, 1 Benjamin Franklin Way, Franklin, Ohio 45005.
