LEGAL NOTICE: Please be advised that there will be public hearings at the City of Mason Planning Commission meeting on Tuesday, June 4, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers of the Mason Municipal Center, 6000 Mason-Montgomery Road, Mason, Ohio to review the following items: PC 2019-022 RZ An application has been received requesting approval of a rezoning of approximately 2.7 acres of land located on Parkside Drive, north of Parkside Lane, and west of Kings Mills Road. The land is proposed to be rezoned from B-3 (Road Service Commercial District), to R-6 (Condominium & Landominium Residential District). PC 2019-023 RZ The City of Mason and adjoining property owner are requesting to rezone approximately 187.6 acres of land located south of Bunnell Road, east of Avalon Farms and west of US42. The land is proposed to be rezoned from Warren County I-1 (Light Industrial Manufacturing Zone) to City of Mason I-1 (Light Industrial Zone).
