LEGAL NOTICE PUD MODIFICATION REVIEW The Deerfield Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing at the Deerfield Township Meeting Room, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 180, Deerfield Township, 45040 on March 9, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. to consider an application for a PUD Modification for The District at Deerfield, filed in Case #2020-82. The subject property is described as Warren County Sidwell Parcel Number 16322750010 located at 9295 One Deerfield Place, Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio. The applicant is proposing two ground signs at the northeast corner of One Deerfield Place and Parkway Drive and the southwest corner of One Deerfield Place and Parkway Drive. The signs are proposed for The District at Deerfield mixed use development. The application will be available for examination, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday, 7:00 am to 3:00 pm at the Deerfield Township Planning and Zoning Department offices, 4900 Parkway Drive, Suite 150, Deerfield Township, Ohio 45040, at least ten days prior to the public hearing.
