LEGAL NOTICE TIME & PLACE FOR PUBLIC HEARINGS FOR GAS AND ELECTRIC AGGREGATION PROGRAMS Notice is hereby given that the Board of County Commissioners, Clark County, Ohio, has fixed the 17th day of June, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. as the date and time when the Board will hold the first public hearing via Zoom Webinar. Further the Board has fixed the 24th day of June, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. as the date and time for the second public hearing which will be held in the Commission Public Chambers, 50 East Columbia Street, Springfield, Ohio. The purpose of these public hearings is to review the Plan of Operation and Governance for the Gas and Electric Aggregation Programs.
