NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Case #20-A-11 & 12 Notice is hereby given that an application has been received from 1159 South Community Development Corporation for a conditional use permit and variance from Chapter 1152.02(a) construct a shed and fence to start a community garden at 1051 S Yellow Springs Street in a RS-8, Medium-Density, Single-Family Residence District. This matter has been scheduled for public hearing before the Board of Zoning Appeals of the City of Springfield, Ohio, on Monday, August 17, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. This will be a virtual meeting held using Zoom.
