NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Centerville Planning Commission Case P-2019-0039 The Centerville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, January 28, 2020, during the meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Centerville Municipal Building, 100 West Spring Valley Road, Centerville, Ohio. The Public Hearing concerns an application submitted by Robert Sweet (McBride Dale Clarion) on behalf of Speedway LLC, requesting the rezoning of 1.73 acres at E. Whipp Rd. and Old Whipp Ct. from O-S, Office Service, to B-2, General Business. The property is further identified as Montgomery County Parcel Numbers 068 01703 0004 and 068 01703 0003 (portion).
