NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield St., Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431 on Tuesday, February, 19, 2019 at 6:30 PM. The hearing is to consider changes to Chapters 1113, 1115, and 1117 of the Unified Development Code of the City of Riverside, which regulates zoning and land use. The proposed changes are in regards to the following: small cell towers, commercial vehicles, and urban chickens. Planning Commission authority is regulated by Section 1103.05 of the City of Riverside Unified Development Ordinance. A copy of all pertinent information involving the case may be reviewed Monday through Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., at City Hall, 5200 Springfield St., Suite 100, Riverside Ohio 45431. 2-8/2019
