NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Thursday, May 23, 2019, beginning at 2 p.m., in Conference Room 151, Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio to hear the following cases: Case #BZA-2019-10, Applicant, Lonna Hartley, who is seeking a Variance from Chapter 9, Section 907.03.03 to allow for a 20 ft. by 20 ft. (400 sq. ft.) room addition to a non-conforming detached garage in the side yard at 9032 Lower Valley Pike.; Bethel Twp. Case #BZA-2019-11, Applicants, James & Stefani Midkiff, who are seeking a Variance from Chapter 8, Section 805.02.012.1 to allow a 6 ft. fence in the front yard beginning approximately 80 ft. from centerline of the road at 5896 S Pitchin Rd.; Green Twp. Case #BZA-2019-15, Applicants, Julia & Randal Richardson, who are seeking a Variance to Chapter 2, Section 201, to reduce the side setback from 25 ft. to 15 ft. for construction of a new single-family home at 3030 Fairfield Pk.; Mad River Twp.
