NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City of Riverside Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at City Hall, 5200 Springfield Street, Suite 100, Riverside, Ohio 45431, on Monday, July 15th, 2019 at 6:30 PM, to hear the following Public Hearings; 19-0004 - filed by Montgomery County Environmental Services on behalf of Greater Dayton Association of Baptists, Inc. in regard to the property identified as I39 00518 0001 and addressed as 2050 Brandt Pike, Riverside Ohio, 45404. The applicant is requesting permission to construct an accessory utility building between the front of the principal structure and the Beatrice Drive right-of-way.
