NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Clark County Rural Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, January 16, 2020 beginning at 9 am. in Conference Room 151 at the Springview Government Center, 3130 E. Main Street, Springfield, Ohio 45505, to consider the following rezoning cases: Z-2020-01, Property Owners /Applicants Daniel & Melanie Phillips, to rezone 7.01 acres from A-1 to PD-R to allow for a second dwelling on the property. The subject property is located at 6335 Fletcher Chapel Rd. in Harmony Township. Z-2020-02, Property Owner /Applicant ARDBPP Homes LLC, to rezone approximately 1.06 acres from A-1 to B-2 for a storage and trade shop. The subject property is located at 4034 Dayton-Springfield Rd., PID #180-06-00021-000-051 in Mad River Township. Z-2020-03, Property Owner /Applicant Michael Nugent, to rezone approximately 0.7 acres from B-3S to PD-M for a residence, body shop repair business and vehicle sales. The subject property is located at 204 & 208 Sycamore St. in Bethel Township. After the conclusion of these hearings, these matters will be submitted to the Board of Clark County Commissioners for their action. The zoning map and present zoning regulations pertaining thereto may be examined at Clark County Community & Economic Development, 3130 E.
