NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING CITY OF FRANKLIN, OHIO The City of Franklin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday. January 14, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. on the following cases: 1. PC 19-01 Major Site Plan Application Patrick Pelzer, representing Nation Coating Systems, 501 Shotwell Drive, Franklin, Ohio 45005, has requested a 7,500 SF expansion to their facility located at 501 Shotwell Drive. The property is located within the I-2, General Industrial District. Any and all interested persons are invited to attend and speak on this case at the public hearing.
