NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING CITY OF FRANKLIN, OHIO The City of Franklin Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Monday, May 13, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. on the following cases: 1. PC 19-03 Major Site Plan Application Mark Wingert, representing Schumacher Dugan Construction, Inc. 6355 Centre Park Drive, West Chester, Ohio 45069, has requested an approximate 40,000 SF New Office/Warehouse /Manufacturing Facility located at 1100 Watkins Glen Drive. The property is located within the I-1, Light Industrial District. Any and all interested persons are invited to attend and speak on these cases at the public hearing.
