NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Section 5541.04 of the Ohio Revised Code A Public Hearing will be held in the meeting chambers of the Miami County Commissioners, Miami County Safety Building, 201 West Main Street, Troy, Ohio, 45373, at 1:45 p.m. on Thursday, August 27, 2020 for: CHANGING THE NAME OF MULBERRY GROVE-RAKESTRAW ROAD TO RAKESTRAW ROAD in accordance with section 5541.04 of the Ohio Revised Code, the Board of Miami County Commissioners will hear testimony for and against changing the name of Mulberry Grove-Rakestraw Road. Said Mulberry Grove-Rakestraw Road No. 32 beginning at its intersection with Farrington Road No. 31 and extending 6.568 miles north to its intersection with Miami-Shelby Road West No. 7. Said name change for the entire road (6.568 miles) is proposed to be changed from "Mulberry Grove-Rakestraw Road No. 32" to "Rakestraw Road No. 32". THE BOARD OF MIAMI COUNTY COMMISSIONERS John F.
