NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Liberty Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter, at the Liberty Township Meeting Center, 6400 Princeton Road, Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. The purpose of the hearing is to consider applications for appeals, variances, and/or conditional use approvals under Section 2.5, of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution described as follows: BZA19-012: Jennifer Reed is requesting a variance under Section 4.12.2(11) and Table 4.12-A of the Liberty Township Zoning Resolution to exceed the maximum number of three (3) accessory structures per lot; and, a variance under Section 4.12.5(3) and Table 4.12-B, to keep a 200 square foot storage shed on the same property as other existing accessory structures that exceed the maximum 1000 square feet of accessory structures permitted on a 1.0 acre lot. The subject property is located at 6701 Millikin Road, Parcel ID# D2010-018.000-010. The application may be examined in the Liberty Township Department of Planning & Zoning, 7162 Liberty Centre Drive, Suite A, Liberty Township, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
