NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 17, 2022 at 6 p.m. at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the case of Roger L & Jeanenne Z Jackson Trustees who are seeking to rezone 10.40 acres from R-1 (Single-Family Residential) to PD-1 (Planned Residential District) to allow for two dwellings on one parcel located at 975 N Bird Rd.
