NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Springfield Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the Springfield Township Office, 2777 Springfield-Xenia Road to hear the following cases: BZA-2022-09, Dennis D & Paula L Jones who are seeking a Variance to Article 29, Section 2904, D, to increase the maximum total square footage for accessory structures to construct a 24 ft. by 32 ft. (768 Sq. Ft.) pole barn at 3032 Columbus Ave. BZA-2022-10, John & Melodie Whitacre who are seeking a Variance from Article 30, Section 3008, A, to allow an 11 ft. wall in the rear yard at 480 Aberfelda Dr. BZA-2022-11, Donald & Mary Riley who are seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, B, to allow an accessory building in the side yard at 2131 E Possum Road. BZA-2022-12, Tobin Alex who is seeking a Variance from Article 29, Section 2904, A, to construct an accessory structure before the principal structure at 1601 E Leffel Ln.
