NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wayne Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7:00 pm on Thurs. September 17, 2020 to consider the following: A variance filed by Timberline Builders for Randall Diekmeyer for property located at 3630 Rt. 42, PID #0915190001. The applicant seeks a variance from §3.208.2(A) of the Wayne Twp. zoning code regarding number of accessory structures greater than 200 sq. ft. and maximum total footprint of accessory buildings. §1.306 also applies. Pursuant to HB 197, the public hearing will be conducted by video conference instead of meeting in person at the typical location.
