NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Wayne Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on September 21, 2023, at 7:00 pm. at the Wayne Twp. Admin. Building, 6050 N. Clarksville Rd., Waynesville, OH, to consider: A variance and conditional use/site plan application filed by Kevin Forrest for property located at 5564 Elbon Rd., (PID #0903400012) to convert an existing barn into a detached secondary dwelling unit. He seeks a variance from §3.209.2(A)(1) and §2.302.2 regarding setbacks for a secondary detached dwelling unit, and from section 3.209.2(A)(4) for the size of the detached secondary dwelling unit. §1.306 also applies. The applicant also seeks conditional use/site plan approval to convert the existing accessory building into a detached secondary dwelling unit. §3.209.2, §1.304, and §1.305 apply.
