NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS Notice is hereby given that on Monday, February 1, 2021, at 6:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Trotwood Community and Cultural Arts Center, 4000 Lake Center Drive, Trotwood, Ohio, the Trotwood City Council will hold Public Hearings on the following Ordinances, of which brief summaries are as follows: OR06-21: Repealing current Chapter 549 "Weapons and Explosives" of the City of Trotwood Codified Ordinances and adopting new Chapter 549 "Weapons and Explosives" of the City of Trotwood Codified Ordinances. OR08-21: Accepting the recommendation from the Trotwood Planning Commission to approve a Planned Unit Development Application for a proposed planned unit development to be located on approximately 2.59 acres of land known as 702 East Main Street, Parcel No. H33 00217 0003, in a G-B (General Business) District for a senior independent living community of less than 70 units. OR09-21: Amending Ordinance No. OR26-20, re-appropriations for expenses and expenditures of the City of Trotwood, State of Ohio, for the fiscal year beginning January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020, and declaring an emergency. OR10-21: Amending Ordinance No. OR28-20 adopting the 2021 Wages Scales for Full-Time and Part-Time Non-Union employees of the City of Trotwood, State of Ohio, and declaring an emergency. Copies of the proposed Ordinances may be obtained from the Clerk of Council, 3035 Olive Road, Trotwood, Ohio, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. KARA B.
