Proposed 2020 Action Plan of the 2019-2023 Consolidated

PROPOSED 2020 Action Plan of the 2019-2023 Consolidated Plan for Warren County, Ohio In 2019, the Warren County Board of Commissioners adopted a Five-Year Consolidated Plan for HUD Entitlement Programs administered by Warren County, including the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG). The Plan describes housing and community development needs and objectives for the five year period of May 1, 20 through April 30, 2023. The Annual Action Plan which describes projects to be implemented pending available funding during FY2020 is summarized below: $ 737,300 for Construction Projects: Franklin Township Grandview Paving Project Harveysburg Community Historical Society Community Center Lebanon Summit & Highland Ave. Project Union Township & South Lebanon Lebanon Road Project Morrow Phegley Park Project $110,700 for Public Service Projects: Warren County Abuse and Rape Crisis Shelter Interfaith Hospitality Network of Warren County $80,000 for Administration Warren County will hold a public hearing on its 2020 Action Plan on Tuesday, April 14, 2020 at 9:15 a.m. in the County Commissioners' Meeting Room, 406 Justice Drive, Lebanon, Ohio. Accommodations for disabled or non-English speaking residents will be made available upon advance request. Warren County will make the 2020 Action Plan immediately for a 30-day public comment period. Written comments must be received by April 16, 2020, to be considered. The 2020 Action Plan will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). HUD has 45 days to review the said Plan. Citizens are encouraged to attend this public hearing on April 14, 2020, at 9:15 a.m. to express their views and comments on the County's proposed Action Plan and/or Consolidated Plan.
