- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS CASE #862 The Beavercreek Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing in the Greene County Parks & Trails Conference Room, located at 635 Dayton Xenia Rd., on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the BZA may review and act on a variance request: Case #862: A request made by property owners Sean and Jacqueline Smith for the property located at 1778 Ash Meadow Ct., Greene County Parcel ID #B03000200380009900. The nature of the request is to seek a variance from the requirement that accessory structures must be located not less than ten (10) feet from side or rear lot lines, pursuant to Article 18.05(3) of the Township Zoning Resolution. The parcel is currently zoned PUD-R1AA. The applicant desires to allow an existing pool house structure to remain located closer to their property line than the ten (10) feet allowable. This notice was processed for publication by Associate Zoning Administrator Max McConnell in accordance with state requirements. The BZA action is the final determination on the request, unless otherwise appealed to the Court of Common Pleas.
