--PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE-- BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES ZONING COMMISSION CASE # 831 The Beavercreek Township Trustees will hold a public hearing in the Community Room, lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Monday, September 26, 2022, scheduled to begin at 6:30 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter. The purpose of the hearing is so the Trustees may review and act on a recommendation from the Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission for Zoning Commission Case # 831: a proposal by the Community Development and Risk Department to reclassify several parcels into an Industrial/Commercial Planned Unit Development (PUD-I/C). The list of parcels considered for rezoning is presented below. The parcels are located within the Beaver Park business park located at the intersection of Dayton-Xenia Rd. and Orchard Ln. This action will be considered a Zoning Map Amendment.
