- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION CASE #818 The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Thursday, December 3, 2020, scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the Zoning Commission may review and act on a proposed amendment to the Beavercreek Township Zoning Resolution being proposed by the Beavercreek Township Community Development and Risk Department. The proposed amendment would add a section to Article 18 which requires the Township to first obtain approval from any easement holder before issuing permits for structures within any easement. This hearing was originally scheduled to occur on November 5, 2020 but was postponed due to lack of a quorum of members. This notice was prepared and processed for publication by Associate Economic and Zoning Administrator Max McConnell in accordance with state requirements. The Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the proposed amendment. The Trustees will then make a final decision on the amendment at a separate Public Hearing.
