- PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE - BEAVERCREEK TOWNSHIP ZONING COMMISSION CASES #834 and #835 The Beavercreek Township Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing in the Community Room on the lower level of Fire Station #61, located at 2195 Dayton-Xenia Rd., Beavercreek, Ohio 45434 on Thursday, June 1, 2023, scheduled to begin at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the hearing is so the Commission may review and act on two requested actions: Case #834: The Community Development and Risk Department brought forward a proposed amendment to the Beavercreek Township Comprehensive Land Use Plan. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 519.02, the Township makes zoning decisions in accordance with this comprehensive plan. Case #835: The purpose of the hearing is so the Commission may review and act on an application from Roy Sukesh with the approval of the property owners Kerwn Yellow, LLC and Kerwn Blue, LLC for approval of a Specific Site Plan Application for a residential subdivision. The proposed subdivision is to be located on two parcels (#B03000200430015600 and #B03000200430015000) within the Stonehill Village Master Planned Community, North of Overbrook Blvd. at the intersection with Trebein Rd. on the East side of Trebein. This section of Stonehill Village has been approved by the Township for residential development. This notice was prepared and processed for publication by Associate Economic and Zoning Administrator Max McConnell in accordance with state requirements. The Zoning Commission will make a recommendation to the Board of Trustees to approve, approve with conditions, or deny the proposed amendment. The Trustees will then make a final decision on the amendment at a separate Public Hearing.
