PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE CITY OF DAYTON, OH City of Dayton and Dayton-Kettering HOME Consortium's 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Programs and 2020 Action Plan The City of Dayton's Fiscal Year 2019 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG), and HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) programs will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development by March 30, 2020. The CAPER reports the progress and performance of the 2019 Fiscal Year CDBG, ESG, and HOME programs administered by the City of Dayton. The City of Dayton and Dayton-Kettering HOME Consortium's 2020 Action Plan outlines the planned use of federal Entitlement funds from HUD. HUD has released the 2020 Entitlement Grant allocations for the CDBG, ESG, and HOME programs. A presentation and public hearing on the major program accomplishments from the 2019 CAPER and the allocation update to the 2020 Action Plan will take place at the Community & Neighborhood Development Advisory Board (CNDAB) meeting, on Monday, March 9, 2020. The meeting will be held at 4:30 p.m. in the 6th Floor Training Room, City Hall, 101W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45402. Draft copies of the 2019 CAPER and 2020 Action Plan will be available for review on Monday, February 24, 2020.
