PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE HEAP STATE PLAN The Ohio Department of Development (Development) will hold a public hearing seeking input on the draft Program Year 2022 Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) State Plan on August 19, 2022, from 10 10:30 a.m. or until all testimony has been received. The public hearing will be in person at the Vern Riffe Building, 77 S. High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215 on the 19th floor in room 1948, as well as via live webinar.
