PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a dimensional variance request filed by Twyla Heinlein of Cincinnati Custom Signs on behalf of the property owner KA Broadway Rental LLC. to allow a ground mounted sign with a zero foot setback from the Right of Way Line where a ten foot setback is required per., LCO §1139.08.
