PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Kara Roll for the property located at 208 E. Warren Street zoned "R1-U" Residential Urban. The applicant requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO 1133.15 Accessory Uses to decrease the required minimum side and rear yard setback for an accessory structure from 10'-0" to 5'-0". Any interested person may attend this meeting, express their views, and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
