PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS The Lebanon Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, December 7, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Dimensional Variance application filed by Greg Young for the property located at 136 Clay Street zoned "R1-U" Residential Urban. The applicant requests a Dimensional Variance to LCO Table 1134-1 to decrease the required side yard setback for a primary structure from 5'-0" to 1'-0" to rebuild the building. The applicant is also requesting to reconstruct a nonconforming structure where damage exceeds 50 percent of the value. Any interested person may attend this meeting, express their views, and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request.
