PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE LEBANON CITY COUNCIL The Lebanon City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers, Second Floor, City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio. The public hearing is to solicit input on a Zoning Map Amendment requested by Brian Tracy, agent for the property owner, 100 Acres & A Mule LLC, to rezone 80.511+ acres at Kingsview Drive, Parcel 12-09-400-004 and 12-08-200-009 from Professional Office (PO) to Light Industrial (I-1). Any interested person may attend this meeting and express their views and submit evidence and/or written comments regarding the request. The application is available for review in the Department of Community Development, Lebanon City Building, 50 S. Broadway, Lebanon, OH 45036.
