The subject property is located at 7454 Liberty Way, Parcels #D2010-013.000-142, and #D2020-311.000-021 Section 13, Town 3, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio. ZC20-005: Applicant Gilligan Company is requesting a modification to an existing B-PUD to allow a proposed Dunkin to open before the allowed hours of operation. The subject property is located on Southwest corner of Princeton Road and S.R. 747, in the Princeton Glendale Business District Overlay, Parcel #D2010-001-000-101, Section 1, Town 2, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
