PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Trustees of Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio, will hold a virtual Public Hearing on Tuesday, December 1, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. or thereafter. Pursuant to HB 197, the public hearing will be conducted by video conference instead of meeting in person at the typical location. Details of the video conference will be posted on the township website at www.liberty-township.com The purpose of the hearing is to consider the following Zoning Commission Case: ZC20-012: Applicant Randy Terry is requesting a Major Modification to the Carriage Hill Preliminary PUD for a revision to the allowed uses in the MU-PUD section of Carriage Hill. The subject property located at 4993 Carriage House Blvd., Parcel # D2010-002.000-130 Section 02, Town 2, Range 3, Liberty Township, Butler County, Ohio.
