Public Hearing Notice the Board of Zoning Appeals

PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2020, in the Council Chambers, 333 James E. Bohanan Memorial Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to consider a variance request from City Code Table 1226-1 "Site Development Standards for Agricultural and Residential Zoning Districts", as stipulated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Vandalia, Ohio. The above appeal was submitted by Charles Wright, pertaining to the property at 1157 Lansdale Court in the City of Vandalia, Ohio. This meeting will contain a public hearing, if you wish to submit any documents or other evidence for the public hearing it must be received by the City no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 23, 2020. The public may request to view the application in the Development and Engineering Services Department at the City of Vandalia Municipal Building. Any interested party is invited to attend.
