Case is filed with the Court of Common Pleas, Butler County Ohio, for the purpose of appropriating of real property located as: EXHIBIT "A" -PARCEL 3 Situated in Section 18, Town 3, Range 2, West Chester Township, Butler County, Ohio and being Auditor's Parcel M5610020000022 containing 1.0550 acres as described in a deed to Arc Cafeusa001 LLC, of record in Official Record 8624, Page 2125; all references being to the Recorder's Office, Butler County, Ohio, and being more particularly described as follows: Being a parcel of land lying on the LEFT and RIGHT side of the centerline of construction of Tylersville Road, unless otherwise noted, as shown on the plans titled "Tylersville Road Improvement Project". All Stationing and Offsets are referenced to the centerline of construction of Tylersville Road, unless otherwise noted. Beginning, for reference, in the intersection of the centerline of Interstate Route 75 and the centerline of Tylersville Road, said centerline of Tylersville being the south line of said Section 18; thence In said centerline of Tylersville Road and said south line of Section 18, South 74° 41' 11" East, 733.00 feet to a point 10.49 feet RIGHT of Station 21+58.33, said point being in the southeasterly corner of a parcel conveyed to Dashmesh, Inc. by deed recorded in Official Record 7329, Page 1527, said point being THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of the 0.2178 acre parcel herein described; thence the following 4 courses: 1.
