The Butler County Board of Zoning Appeals notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Board of Zoning Appeals, in the Butler County Government Services Center, 315 High Street, First Floor Conference Room, Hamilton, Ohio, on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in connection with: Case Number: BZA23-12V an application for a Variance under Section(s) 7.02 & Article 26 of the Rural Zoning Resolution of Butler County for permission to: Construct a new home while occupying an existing home on the same lot. Location of said property: 2800 Oxford Middletown Rd, Hamilton Ohio 45013, Butler County Auditor's Parcel Number F2610-009-000-028 in Milford Township and zoned A-1 Agricultural District. Applicant: Marc Foster Owner: Same Interested persons are requested to appear and voice their opinions with request thereto. Butler County will provide assistance to persons with disabilities needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this hearing/meeting.
