Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on August 26, 2019 in the Blair Meeting Room of the Washington Township Government Center, 8200 McEwen Road, Dayton, Ohio to consider the following cases: Case Number A-1793 Applicant Barry A. Diehl Property Owner Milton Cook Location 11161 Elm Tree Road Request Variance to reduce the required lot frontage of an Agriculturally zoned parcel from 160.25' to 100' Case Number A-1794 Property Owner James and Vicki Smith Location 1725 Ladera Trail Request Variance to increase allowable fence height within the rear yard from 6' to 7' Interested persons may appear and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
