Paul Miller Property Owner: Tiffany & Paul Miller Location: 1411 Lindenhurst Drive Request: Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback of an R-3 zoned parcel from 60' to 56.4' for an attached garage to a single-family residence Case Number: A-1796 Applicant: Justin Doyle Homes Property Owner: Doug Steinke Location: 907 Aaron Nutt Drive Request: Variance to reduce the required sideyard setback of a PD-R zoned parcel from 10' to 8.67' for a new single-family residence Case Number: A-1782 Property Owner: Jenice and Oscar Hicks Location: 9860 Atchison Road Request: Administrative Appeal of three (3) violations issued by a Township Zoning Inspector. The violations pertain to the following zoning resolution code sections: Article 13, Section 14, B, 11; Article 13, Section 14, B, 14; and, Article 13, Section 15, A.
