Washington Township Board of Zoning Appeals Legal Notice Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held at 6:00 PM on June 22, 2020 to consider the following cases: Case Number: A-1807 Property Owner: George Hitchcock Location: 901 Sunnycreek Drive Request: Variance to increase allowable fence height within the rear yard from 6' to 7' Case Number: A-1808 Applicant: Bob Boyd Property Owner: Margaret A Girard Location: 9730 Southern Belle Court Request: Variance to reduce the required rear yard setback from 30' to 20' for a residential sunroom addition. Case Number: A-1809 Applicant: Quality Signs & Service Property Owner: American National Insurance Company Location: 7777 Washington Village Dr Request: Two sign variance requests: 1) Variance to place a wall sign on a non-entrance side of the building fronting I-675; and, 2) to increase the allowable sign face area of a wall sign above the required maximum 100 sf., the requested size is 123.8 sf. The public hearing will be hosted online. Interested persons may join the meeting and provide testimony. Upon conclusion of the hearing, the proposed request will be voted on by the Board of Zoning Appeals.
