Gibson, whose last known address in Ohio is 1155 Patterson Road, Apt. B, Dayton, Ohio 45420-1580, will take notice that on June 1, 2020, CL45 MW Loan 1 LLC filed its Complaint for Judgment Upon Promissory Note and Commercial Guarantees, Foreclosure of Mortgage, and Enforcement of Security Interests and Assignment of Rents in Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas Case No. 2020 CV 02202 against Paul J. Gibson, among others, seeking judgment upon a promissory note and guarantees, foreclosure of a mortgage against real property located at 7032 North Dixie Drive, Dayton, Ohio 45414 (Parcel No. E21-01003-0006), enforcement of assignment of rents derived therefrom, and enforcement of security interests in and to certain personal property used in connection with the subject real property. Paul J. Gibson is required to file an answer in the above-referenced lawsuit within 28 days following the last date of publication of this notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks. If Paul J.
