Elder, Guardian of the Estate of Bernice H. Benton vs. Bernice H. Benton, et al. This action has been assigned Case #20222175A and is pending in the Probate Division of the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 50 East Columbia Street, 5th Floor, Springfield, Ohio 45502. The object of the Complaint to sell the real estate of the Ward, Bernice H. Benton, said real estate being located at and commonly known as 544 W. Perrin Ave., Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, 45506 and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the City of Springfield, County of Clark and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Being Lot No. Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Nine (14699) as the same is numbered and designated in the Plat of Catron Addition No. 2, which plat is recorded in Volume 10, Page 105, of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio, Subject to restrictions of record. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks. The last publication will be made on May 26, 2023 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
