The object of the Complaint to sell the real estate of the Ward, Bernice H. Benton, said real estate being located at and commonly known as 544 W. Perrin Ave., Springfield, Clark County, Ohio, 45506 and more particularly described as follows: Situated in the City of Springfield, County of Clark and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows, to-wit: Being Lot No. Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-Nine (14699) as the same is numbered and designated in the Plat of Catron Addition No. 2, which plat is recorded in Volume 10, Page 105, of the Plat Records of Clark County, Ohio, Subject to restrictions of record. You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for three consecutive weeks.
