Case No. 18CV91556 Notice is hereby given to.Defendant James Stanley Harrison Jr., last known address 3152 Wilbraham Road, Middletown, Ohio 45042, that on October 9, 2018 Plaintiff filed his complaint in the above-referenced Court, alleging, among other things, that on October 21, 2016 on Duke Boulevard in Deerfield Township, Warren County, Ohio, Defendant James Stanley Harrison Jr. carelessly and without due regard for the safety of others operated his motor vehicle in a negligent manner, thereby causing a collision between his vehicle and Plaintiff's vehicle, and that as a direct and proximate result of Defendant James Stanley Harrison Jr.'s negligence, Plaintiff Danial Partin has suffered personal injuries and other damages. Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant James Stanley Harrison Jr. for damages in an amount exceeding twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000), plus costs, attorney fees, pre­judgment interest, fees, expenses, a determination of subrogation rights if any,,and any and all further relief for which they may be entitled.
