Current, whose names and addresses are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained will take notice that on the 30th day of July, 2020, IH Credit Union, Inc. filed its Foreclosure Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Clark County, Ohio, 101 North Limestone Street, Springfield, Ohio 45502 in Case No. 20CV281 on the docket of the Court and the object and demand for relief of this pleading is for judgment on a Promissory Note and to foreclose the lien of Plaintiff's mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit: Property Address: 1617 Portage Path, Springfield, Ohio 45506. (Permanent Parcel Number: 340-06-00003-205-050) and being more particularly described in Plaintiffs mortgage recorded in Volume 2014, Page 2185 of the Official Records of Clark County, Ohio.
