Miller, aka Lynnette A. Miller, whose last known place of residence is: 426 Ross Avenue, Hamilton, Ohio 45013, and United Credit Card Bank, N.A., whose last known place of residence is: Address Unknown, Each of you will take notice that on August 31, 2018, Plaintiff filed a Complaint for Foreclosure in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas, being CV 2018 08 1954 alleging that there is due to Plaintiff the sum of $119,873.75 plus interest at 9.84% per annum ($22.34 per day) from August 30, 2018, plus late charges, title charges, court costs and expenses as applicable to the terms of the Loan Agreement secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 1321 Dayton St., Hamilton, Ohio 45011 being permanent parcel number P6441-007-000-061. Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Loan Agreement, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute. Plaintiff prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said property of be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law. Said Defendant(s) are required to file an Answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.
