Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2002-4, filed its Complaint in Case No. 23CV0317, in the Court of Common Pleas of Clark County, Ohio, seeking a foreclosure of its mortgage interest in the real property located at 1501 Saint Paris Pike, Springfield, OH 45504, Permanent Parcel No. 3400600006410015, ("Real Estate"), and alleged that the Defendants have or may have an interest in this Real Estate. The Defendants, Susanne L. Riddle and Unknown Spouse, if any, of Susanne L.
