Hunter, whose Identities and Address(es) are Unknown, will take notice that on June 14, 2022, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2018 G-CTT, C/O Rushmore Loan Management Services, LLC, filed its Complaint in Case Number 2022 CV 02640, Montgomery County, Ohio, alleging that the defendant(s), Tyrone Veal, Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Tyrone, John Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Spouse, If any, of Faylace M. Hunter, John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Mary Thompson, John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Samuel Jenkins And John and/or Jane Doe, Real Name Unknown, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Administrators, Executors, and Assigns of Faylace M. Hunter, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below: Premises commonly known as: 4651 Cantura Drive, Dayton, OH 45415 Parcel No.: E20-19214-0019 The Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of default in the payment of the promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken and the same has become absolute. The Plaintiff demands that the defendants named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshaling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of plaintiff's claim in the proper order of its priority and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.
